Victoria Henrich (She/Her)
Victoria Henrich has a B.A. in psychomotricity and is pursuing a master's degree in mental health counseling at Hunter College. Victoria has a wide range of expertise working with children and adults in many settings, dealing with a variety of diagnoses and challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, autism and so forth. Victoria grew up in Argentina and can provide therapy in Spanish and English.
She places a strong emphasis on providing clients with a safe, warm, and judgment-free environment and believes that trust and the therapeutic relationship are essential to the therapeutic process.
Although psychodynamic therapy is her area of focus in clinical practice, she also incorporates many evidence-based theory techniques, such as motivational interviewing, CBT, and Person Center, in order to assist clients better understand themselves. She is a firm believer in meeting clients where they are and focusing on their needs while adhering to the notion that each client should be viewed uniquely through an individual lens.
Victoria believes in working with the client rather than "for the client"; she works hard to help clients and collaborates with them in developing the treatment plan and goals they require and desire to achieve. facilitating client growth.
